A. Duties & Responsibilities
· Development in iOS and Android technology is a MUST and has highest priority.
· Join projects to define technical solutions, review and revise results to ensure quality.
· Communicate and participate in technical and business discussions with business users, product manager, architect, Sr. engineers and QA engineers.
· Analyze and design new features, functionalities or GUI for ongoing product releases. Perform architecture design.
· Manage team members and their tasks to ensure they are in schedule and meet the deadline
· Develop mobile dev resources up 15 members by training and coaching.
· Perform coding and unit testing, build scripts, and solve technical problems of team members. Review team members’ code.
B. Job requirements
1. Skills and Experience:
· Good knowledge and experience in Objective-C and Java. Has at least 3 years experience of working on Mobile programming (iOS/Android/Windows).
· Strong knowledge of programming concepts and process. Solid implementation experience and knowledge of Agile and/or SCRUM software development is advantage.
· Has long term plan for career path development and high commitment is much more important
· Has experience of testing & quality assurance is a plus
· Intelligent, creative and willing to learn and research new technologies
· Strong English communication skills
· Soft skills: Leadership, Team Building, Communication, Problem Solving…
2. Education/Certification:
BS/MS in Computer Science
