Ho Chi Minh City, August 15, 2011 – LogiGear officially kicks off the "Bug Hunting Contest 2011" to warm up the second Vietnam International Software Testing and Automation Conference (VISTACON 2011).
With the participation of over 330 contestants world-wide from the Bug Hunting Contest in 2010, LogiGear is honored to continue the contest this year. The purpose of this contest is to build a playing field in the IT community for those who interested in software testing. In addition, the contest will establish a connection within the community of software testing engineers in Vietnam and other regions.
This year, under the support of EA Pogo Corporation, the contestants will have the opportunity to try one of Pogo’s newest games. This particular game will give the contest a more exciting as well as interesting challenges.
With this contest, LogiGear hopes to find five talented software testers to win free tickets for VISTACON 2011 (valued US$ 300/each). The judging will be evaluated based on bug quality (priority, severity) and the quality of the bug reports.
To participate in "Bug Hunting 2011", please register at www.vistacon.vn and submit your report by September 16, 2011. The final result will be announced on October 1, 2011.
